Beverley Town Tennis Club is part of the Beverley Town Cricket & Recreation Club and is situated on Norwood Park, Norwood, Beverley. The club was formed in 1919 so we are looking forward to our Centenary in 2019.

The club has five grass tennis courts and two tarmac tennis courts so tennis can be played all year round (weather permitting). The tennis club-house overlooks the grass courts and provides changing areas, shower facilities and a kitchen area.

The tennis club currently has two men’s tennis teams and one mixed tennis team that play in the Driffield & District Lawn Tennis League. Junior tennis coaching is available on a Friday evening and the club hold a social tennis evening on a Monday when new member’s can come and play – tennis rackets and tennis balls are available to use if you fancy playing!

Members are also entitled to play any of the other sports that are available – cricket, bowls, squash, racketball, football – the club also has a bar where members can enjoy a refreshing drink after a game.

The club is registered with the Lawn Tennis Association and is a member of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council Accredited Sports Club scheme.
