Cricket and Recreation Club
The Club is situated in Norwood and is the main multi sports & leisure Club in the town and has been in existence since 1862 and moved to it’s present site in 1909.
The club provides sports for all ages from juniors through to seniors and new members are always welcome to this friendly and sociable sports club. Coaching is available to members and many teams are entered in the local leagues but social participation is also encouraged.
Full membership allows you to play all of the five sports that are available and we have a very popular bar and function room which is available for hire for private events such as weddings, birthday parties and other social events.
The club boasts two cricket pitches, two excellent squash & racketball courts, two bowling greens, five grass and two hard tennis courts and a recently re-laid football pitch.
